Courtnee

This past summer has been a very busy one. Part of it has been spent developing a new product line for braids. In the "hair" world, (of which I have so little of) 2010 will forever be known as the year of the braid. Our company is constantly staying on top of the trends, and in so doing, we have been developing a new braiding system for girls and ladies. Our children have been kind enough to help dad out and be the models and the testers of the product and concepts.

Our Daring One

I absolutly love the way our little Madilyn has always looks me directly in the eyes. Ever since she was a little baby, she has made eye contact and held it. I am so used to it that when I hold my little neices and nephews, and they don't do it, it seems out of place.

Madilyn loves to be tossed up in the air... she just giggles and giggles. Having a big brother and a dad that love to toss her up makes for a world of fun.

Little Madi Sue

Madilyn is crawling now and is very much the center of attention... even when it is not our intention that she is! We love her dearly. She has learned how to play peek-a-boo with her blanket when she is laying in her crib. It is quite funny because she does different things trying to surprise you. Her mommy seems to keep her constantly happy and feeling good in fun clothes. I know of no better mother that a little girl or boy could want.

Shiri is off again!

Today our sweet Shiri went off to college again. We miss her dearly, but are so proud of her. I know I am biased, but she is a wonderful daughter. We couldn't have asked for a better example than she has been. Good luck Shiri. Remember... Work Hard, Play Hard, and Pray Hard and you will be happy.
